From Gaithersburg, Rockville / The Beltway (270)/95 South From Baltimore

From the north take Beltway (495 South) – Cross the American Legion Bridge, Take 1st right to George Washington Pkwy** to Rt 50 west, continue down Route 50, get in the right lane. Take the Courthouse exit - continue up the hill. Turn left onto Wilson Boulevard. You will see three red brick buildings on your right (Colonial Place). Turn right into Colonial Place driveway. Follow the driveway to the right to the entrance of the underground parking garage or there is metered parking on Veitch Street (the first right after Colonial Place).
** If you are coming in between 7-9:30 AM(HOV) , we recommend taking 50 East Exit off of 495 , look for Fort Meyer Base(On right side). Shortly past the base,get over to the FAR left lane for exit to Courthouse Road. Proceed up the hill to Wilson Blvd-refer to the above from here.

From National Airport

Exit the Airport by following the signs to Washington. Follow GW Parkway to Washington (stay left). Follow signs to Rosslyn – go underneath the Memorial Bridge and continue to Route 50 – Rosslyn. Take Courthouse Road Exit and continue up the hill. Turn left onto Wilson Boulevard. You will see three red brick buildings on your right (Colonial Place). Turn right into Colonial Place driveway. Follow the driveway to the right to the entrance of the underground parking garage or there is metered parking on Veitch Street (the first right after Colonial Place).

From Route 66

Take Spout Run/Lee Highway Exit. Turn right onto Lee Highway; continue down Lee Highway passing Lyon Village. Turn right onto Veitch Street (you will see Bergman’s Cleaners on the left). Our building is the red brick building on the left you see right before the intersection of Veitch Street and Wilson Boulevard. Turn left onto Clarendon Boulevard and turn left into Colonial Place driveway. Follow the driveway to the right to the entrance of the underground parking garage or there is metered parking on Veitch Street (the first right after Colonial Place).

From Tysons Corner

You can either follow the directions from Route 66 (see above) OR take 123 east through McLean going to Old Dominion Drive, turn right onto Old Dominion, go to Glebe Road and turn right onto Glebe Road at Marymount University. Take a left onto Clarendon Boulevard before Ballston Mall and following it down to 2111 Wilson Boulevard (right across from Arlington Courthouse Metro). When you see the three red brick buildings (Colonial Place) on the left, Follow the driveway to the right to the entrance of the underground parking garage or there is metered parking on Veitch Street (the first right after Colonial Place).

From 395 South

Take 395 North to Washington Boulevard Exit. Go to Garfield Street, make a right and go two streets to Clarendon Boulevard. Make a right and follow Clarendon Boulevard until you see Veitch Street. Go through the light and you will see the three red brick buildings (Colonial Place) on your left (at the Courthouse Metro). Turn left and follow the driveway to the right to the entrance of the underground parking garage or there is metered parking on Veitch Street (the first right after Colonial Place).

Parking

Covered parking under the Colonial Place buildings is $9.00 per day.

Parking meters on the street are color-coded, as follows:

• Red meters - up to 4 hours @ $.25/ 20 minutes (plenty of these on Veitch Street)
• Blue meters - up to 2 hours @ $.25 / 20 minutes
• Grey meters - up to 1 hour @ $.25 / 20 minutes
• Green meters - up to 12 hours @ $.25 / 30 minutes (if you can find one!)

There are also above-ground 30-minute and 60-minute free parking spaces in the area around and between the buildings. For visitors with strong hearts whose meetings are not more than 60 to 90 minutes, these are probably safe places to park. They are patrolled by Colonial Place personnel, who are more forgiving than municipal meter maids.
