Howard S. Bader is a Senior Vice President with TMI Executive Resources working with clients in the Connecticut area.

Prior to joining TMIer, Howard was affiliated with a major consulting firm specializing in outplacement and organizational development. His professional and business experience over the years has primarily focused on human resources and career management issues. After ten years in corporate human resources with a large power company and a leading textile manufacturer he founded a diversified retainer search firm in New York which he managed for 15 years.

Other entrepreneurial ventures included membership in a group that started and managed a Wall Street investment firm trading in derivative products, and the development of a unique mobile automotive preventive maintenance company that became the largest of its kind in Connecticut.

At TMIer, Howard Bader integrates his diversified business experience, executive search background, and career management skills, and brings them to bear in his client work. He believes that career management is a never ending effort, and success in managing career change depends on sound planning and taking control of the process.

Howard graduated from the University of Bridgeport.
